She believes that strong systems, strong people, and strong relationships lead to better experiences and better outcomes for the families they serve.

Originally from New Jersey, Tina and her husband chose Midlothian as the place to put down roots and raise their four children, Emily, Kate, Allie, and Will. Her family is her greatest source of motivation and the heart behind everything she does. She also shares her home with Gracie, the family’s beloved pug, who brings a lot of personality and joy to everyday life. Richmond is more than just where Tina works. It is the community she is proud to call home and serve.
