Meet Jessica Cox

Jessica is a dedicated Buyers Advisor with a strong background in sales, marketing, and customer service. Before joining our team, she worked as a Sales and Marketing Representative with Ryan Homes, where she honed her ability to guide clients through big decisions with clarity, confidence, and care. Jessica is deeply passionate about helping people achieve their homeownership goals and is known for delivering thoughtful, attentive service throughout every step of the buying process.

A Richmond native and VCU alum, Jessica brings true local insight to her clients. After spending several years living and working in DC and Chicago, she returned home to Richmond to raise her two daughters, Campbell and Sienna. Having lived and worked across the city, she offers a well-rounded perspective of the local market and its many neighborhoods. Outside of real estate (and mom life), Jessica loves staying active and can usually be found on the tennis court whenever she gets the chance.
